We are two moms who chit-chat all the time about politics and life and everything. And now we're

break from indictment reading to talk to Kelly today, a little bit about back to school time,

because I feel like a lot of us are in the thick of it right now.

And there's a lot of news stories that have to do with it.

And so I just thought, you're a perfect guest for this, Kelly.

And yes, my two sons started school yesterday.

Oh, my gosh. Yeah, it was bittersweet, first grade and PK. And I came home and sat in silence and just drank a latte. And it was, you know, I contemplated, oh, my kids are growing up so fast and da-da-da-da-da.

And then nobody said mom, the entire latte.

Not a mom was to be heard.

And it was, dare I say, delightful.

It was, so it's bittersweet as it always is, right?

Well, this is always the tug of war for moms, right?

Is that I've been thinking, mine don't go to school until next week.

And we are just endless summering it because I am not one of those people who moves on to fall quickly.
