We would like to dedicate this episode of our show to one of our listeners.

We received an email from Dr. Kimberly Glenn informing us that one of our listeners, Dr.

Janine Shantay Skinner, was found a slain in her apartment on Friday.

Janine was a listener of the show and she loved the podcast.

She was a woman growing into her own professor at the University of North Carolina Charlotte

and a leader of her students and faculty.

She studied psychology and gerontology and was a researcher at Vanderbilt University

in Mahari Medical College.

We just wanted to honor her life and to thank her for listening to the show.

We hope that something that we said at any point was encouraging to her and we just wanted

to take the time to honor her and dedicate to show to her.

We have spoken multiple times about the level of responsibility that we have with the

show and how serious we take it and we hope that with all of our listeners that we're

able to not only say something that resonates with you but to also offer you some form

of relief and any experiences that you may be dealing with right now and that's what

key and I want to make sure that we do with this so we definitely want to honor Dr. Janine

Skinner and her life and dedicate this episode to her.

Thank you for letting us know Dr. Glenn and like Janine said, we just hope that you guys

continue to love one another and live on purpose, life is super short.

We're grateful for the time and the life of Dr. Skinner and all the lives that she

touched for students and her colleagues and we really just wanted to honor her with getting

grown.
