We did an episode a couple weeks ago where we talked about our kids going back to school. And that means that extremists are going back to banning books. Banning accurate history. banning sex ed, a whole lot of banning.

And now those same extremists are talking about arming teachers.

How is it that they don't trust teachers to choose their own books, but they do trust them with a gun.

We'll be joined by Pam Crosman, a teacher in Ohio who knows firsthand how hard it is to be an

educator right now. And after that, I'll get to share my interview with Dr. Caitlin Jettelina.

Dr. Caitlin is an epidemiologist who specializes in gun violence, but became famous for her daily COVID updates.

You may know her as your local epidemiologist. And speaking of students and going back to school,

let's talk about the student loan forgiveness that was announced last week. What were your guys' initial

reaction to hearing about it? I can just start off by saying that my initial reaction was this sounds awesome for someone,

not necessarily for me.

But, you know, there was a lot of reaction like that.

I mean, 10,000 really is not much when it comes to my student loans.
