Military History and Classics at the Hoover Institution and the Wayne and Marsha Busky Distinguished Fellow

in History at Hillsdale College. We're going to talk a little bit about George Santos, the new,

the elected, currently elected New York representative and a little bit about Putin in the first part of

I can I ask you how is the weather unusual or not out here in California? Yeah it is very unusual.

I think we have had for the fiscal for the rain year, I think it's July to July, we've got almost 60%

now the entire year and we haven't got to the rainiest months or traditionally January and February.

So it's really really raining and the Sierra's got about six to eight feet at 7000 feet, central

Sierra and so it looks good. I mean last year it looked good but not this good but then it didn't

rain for three months and we had a semi drought so we hope this continues but it's the ground has been

so dry that here in the San Joaquin Valley it didn't release it the water just soaked in and now

after a week you can see it pulling everywhere so if it continues there's going to be flooding

in some of these rural towns. Yeah, much slides. Maybe I don't know what I

l'mores about 20 miles away and they've had some flooding already any low any low spot or

town that doesn't have an adequate draining system which is about every one of these rural towns.

Yeah yeah okay well Victor we have a current elected representative coming in and he's told a lot

of tales that George Santos about his education at Baruch College Finance degree. His experience

working at CD Group and Goldman Sachs and that he's a proud Jewish American in a lot of our
