BDS is in the building, okay, and we are back for another episode of Here's the Sitch with Mike and Lawrence.

Hey guys, we are excited to be back. This is adding some great routine in our lives during this

quarantine time and we love checking in with you all each week on different subjects and

topic so today I am letting my husband take it over.

Yes well we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these times.

Okay practicing social distancing.

Obviously most of us if not all of us are home okay and also big

shout out to all the essential workers in our country everyone that works at

grocery stores everyone that works at hospitals not all

heroes wear capes they were scrubs and they were aprons thank you so much for

your service yes guys thank you we would not be able to function in this new

normal world if it wasn't for people like you going outside and to work every

day and risking your lives to make sure that we have food, groceries, health, and everything else that we need.

So thank you for that.

And a lot of you guys want to know how we stay busy during the quarantine. Are we staying on our diets? How are we

getting exercise? How are how are we getting along? So we want to answer all

your questions. Before we go into into that honey I mean explain to them

that what we're doing during the quarantine of 2020 is very similar to how we normally operate

and how we normally operate during anything is we operate one day at a time.
