The Supreme Court has ruled.

How about that, huh?

Yes, it has.

Not much of a surprise here, but yeah, there's a big

decision handed down today that a lot of people have been waiting for. The Supreme Court has

ruled six to three that, yes, carving out congressional districts solely on the basis of race

is unconstitutional. They were looking in particular about a court-ordered second black majority

district in Louisiana. Now, the way that they carved it out, again, the way that Democrats

carve out their districts is insane. Because this one goes all the way from Shreveport to

Baton Rouge. And there's like actual parts of it where it looks like

basically if you're on one side of the street, you're in one district and on the other
