Go ahead Hey-oh, everybody, and welcome to Back It Up Fridays with Hammer Lane Legends.

I am the host of the most, Jack Merkel, and I'm here to deliver you the goods on a Friday, Black Friday.

I hope everybody had a fantastic Thanksgiving, enjoyed all the food that they were able to take, and then some.

And I hope everybody was safe on their way home.

As always, it's the best thing to do to be as careful as you can on a holiday weekend.

It's just who knows what's going to happen.

Just got to be safe.

But if you unbuckled your belts and indulged in the sweetness of pumpkin pie

and the sweet potato casseroles and whatever

else you ate, I hope you enjoyed it. So this week, as we get into this, back it up Friday after

Thanksgiving special, we have a special episode, episode 86, straight from the pit, joined by Phil Warwick. This was a little

while ago when Tony and my dad sat down with Phil, who was actually Tony's trainer when he got

the job at Pitt, Ohio. So a little while ago, it was a very entertaining episode.

The guys enjoyed it a lot.

But it's always good to go down memory lane on these and hear all the fun stories that

were told, especially to hear about how Tony was during training.

But anyway, ladies and gentlemen, again, enjoy the rest of this weekend as things wrap up and all of the travel and everything settles down.

And just keep eating all those leftovers.
