Now Chris Broad is currently icing his bones, his post-birthday bones, and the world's biggest ice bath after an astonishing effort,

as to be said, on the cyclathon.

We're going to be back this Thursday for a podcast

where I ask him all the important questions about the cyclathon,

like when they managed to reach a million bucks on the donations,

and he was in the toilet, was it a number one or number two?

And how much delicious birthday cheese did he manage to eat once he put the bike back on the van post-shore? But for today's

episode, we are once again stepping back in time to one of the very first episodes we did

on this podcast. And back in 2018, where myself and Chris had just come back from Korea, weirdly separately.

And although things may have changed since then, a fair whack, I know for a fact the mad Airbnb

situation hasn't, and the availability of Octopus at 4am is very much a thing.

This year, you've travelled a fair bit.

You've been to Italy, America, the Isle of White, and now Korea in Japan.

How do you find the time to travel so much in between doing all the other things that you do?

The Isle of White is obviously a huge schlep for people in London, a whole three hours from

Fortaleau. But no, I've also been to Lisbon. There's talk of me gone to Zimbabwe just before

I go out to come and see you in October. There's talk of that, apparently. I'm a man who just never stops, to be quite
