me Matthew side, some meaty topics to get stuck into today.

We're going to be doing what sporting moments we've loved and hated over the summer.

Well first and foremost nice to be back and we had a little more on BBC breakfast today

You look a bit up before you go on and you've got a light blue shirt and you've got your

arm on the back of the couch.

Oh it was damp one.

I thought I'd feel really embarrassed because I rushed down from the hotel to get here

on time for the cool time for BBC breakfast.

I hadn't seen you guys over the summer.

I give Rob a big hug, give the producer Michael hug Stan Fred and the first thing you two

start talking about are my trousers.

It was like MC Amma.

I could feel myself breaking into a sweat and you know when you're just in your body core
