0:00.0	You know, adventure is probably a word that's overused nowadays to say the least, but it's not because it's a fat or the flavor of the week or or anyone's trying to do anything to the word adventure.
0:10.4	It's because humans crave adventure.
0:13.0	We love the idea of it.
0:14.0	Just the feeling you get when you hear the word.
0:16.0	And we want to be associated with it.
0:18.0	We want to have a taste of living an adventure.
0:21.0	But nowadays, who has the time to devote years of planning and effort to that?
0:25.4	Many of us have other commitments, and often the reality is you've got to be back to work in just

0:30.8	So how do we manage adventure with our schedule? Well, today we're going to learn

0:38.6	busy for a day, a week, on up to three or four months if you can do that.
