Oh hey what's up? Yes it was an honor and now finally I can tell everybody where I actually met Matt because you and I have been alluding to talking to Matt previously and people are like in the COVID age.

How about, did you actually meet this guy? Well I hosted a date and I have a lot of things to say about how kind he is and the connections that I saw forming.

Ben, how do you feel about your book coming out in mere weeks?

My honest opinion or am I really nice like?

No, I want your honest opinion of course. I know that your PR opinion is going to be like, I'm so excited blah blah blah. But like, I know that it's got to be nerve-wracking and that you have expectations for yourself.

Yeah, I'm pretty incredibly anxious and like not super looking forward to it mostly because it is like it's a personal memoir and it includes a lot of my friends and a lot of stuff that like I wrote wrote about.

If the book doesn't do well, I just know myself and I know my ego and I feel like I'll take it as a personal like hit more than other stuff. And so like I'm anxious because this is a really this is the biggest thing I've ever done.

I wrote it, produced it, marketed it, talked about it and we're getting close. So yeah, I'm not like I'm not in a great spirits. I'm excited about it. I believe in it.

I'm happy and proud of the book and I'm really glad with what came out of it. I'm just now now as the part where like that part's done and now it's just the sales and that part just gets a little bit intimidating.

Is there like a certain number you're hoping for or are you hoping that it just kind of strikes a certain audience.

Well, how are you going to judge success in your own mind?

Well, it's interesting because I was talking to a few friends a couple months ago and I was telling them how anxious I was getting and how nervous I really am like for this.

And they said something really intriguing to me said, well, you can be nervous, but you've got to work on getting your mind right.

And I was like, what does that mean? They're like, well, you wrote this book. It's done. It's out there. And you believe in it.
