Bachelorette talk, not who it is, but more about the season. We are going to talk about Survivor, which I did watch on

Wednesday night, and I want to update a little bit on McB Dynasty. Not going to be a very long

show today. As you know, out of town. Just not a lot happening.

Even when I checked the pop culture websites, the entertainment websites, I just didn't see any stories that really I thought were big deals at all.

So we're going to talk about a few things, but a lot shorter show today and we will get to all that momentarily.

So first off, I want to start by talking about my health. I don't

know what it was last night to be honest with you. I really don't. I just felt, it just felt off and it was like I had eaten plenty, I had eaten protein during the day, I had taken my shots.

I don't know what it was, but the second I woke up yesterday morning, I was fine.

And I was fine all day, and I feel fine right now. so I don't know what it was it was just a

temporary thing it could have been something that I ate I don't know I didn't eat a

lot yesterday or the day before so but yeah I know last night I said like and

I probably sound I didn't listen to my podcast back but a lot of you

message me today saying you definitely didn't sound well.

And I guess I didn't because I wasn't feeling well.

I was trying to power through it.

But I don't know what it was. Like I said, I wasn't sick. I didn't have a fever I didn't have the chills I wasn't having any stomach issues

I don't know how I don't know what it was to be honest with you I still to this day have no idea but woke up yesterday morning it was fine feel
