All right, so I have a particularly fun podcast today. I have Amy Kaufman on who just wrote

the book Bachelor Nation and it's everywhere right now, everywhere. But it's basically a deep

dive into all things Bachelor and I cannot wait to talk. So thanks Amy for coming on.

Thank you for having me. I'm excited to talk since I wanted to talk to you for the book.

I know it's my bad. I was always like, okay, I feel like I just want to let all of this go. But I

know it's already published, but I would love to answer anything that you need. Maybe it can be

for your second book. But yeah, I've been I've been going through the book myself and then I was at

my friend's house the other day and it was on his bedside table and he was like, oh my God, I'm loving

this book. So we'll just get right into it. You guys have to get this book. You'll learn so much

crazy stuff about the Bachelor that I didn't even know existed. Like it's making me rethink everything

about the show again. Oh my God. Wait, so before we start, I'm curious like what because so many

people have said that go, is it hard to get people to talk to you and you know, like why did

some people want to and some people other didn't want to? What were your hesitations in doing it?

You know, for me, like I the Bachelor in ABC absolutely hates me because I have no problem talking

about anything ever and I'm very honest about everything and they don't talk to me for a reason.

But for me, it was just like a matter of just kind of wanting to let go of all of it. Like it was

something that tore me apart for so long and I just was finally like, I don't even want to talk

about this anymore. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. So yeah, that's kind of how my my whole deal went
