Yes, so in the last two years, I've gained over $100,000 in equity on a property that I bought back in 2021.

And I kind of faced an issue that a lot of people who bought a house back then,

we got a really low interest rate.

I got around 3%.

And I don't necessarily ever want to sell this property,

but I do want to take this equity and buy another property.
