| 0:22.8 | We get to what actually matters. |
| 0:24.5 | That's boomer and geo and you can listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your pods. What's up guys? I'm Jordan Robinson, host of the podcast, The Women's Hoops Show. We're heading towards the home stretch of the WMBA season, and there is so much to get into every episode. Twice a week, I'm joined by one of my amazing co-hosts as we dissect the biggest games, performances, and even some off-court drama. The playoffs are quickly approaching, and now is the best time to tune in. Who will come away is this year's champion? The competition is heating up, |

| 1:05.4 | and Carton without Boomer or Carton. Good luck with that. Oh, we're on. All right. Welcome on a Monday morning. Oh, hi. As we come to you live from Long Island, this portion brought to you by ADT. Always smooth. And how about the fact last night, Al? The game ended literally, I think we're on our way to work. The Yankees and Cubs go 18 innings. Now, you're a baseball guy, but there were 48 strikeouts in this game. |
| 1:29.1 | 11 straight to start the extra innings. Is that boring to you? Yes. Are you into... No, 18 innings of anything. There's too much. They were hitting home runs every inning on out. But they were two seventh inning stretches. Yeah, I'd be out for that. That's kind of exciting, isn't it? No. No, 48, 48 strikeouts. |
| 1:43.7 | There were multiple guys with three and four strikeouts for the evening, Jerry. How about the fact that Austin, Romine, Chase Headley, D.D. Gregorius, and Starlink Castro where it combined 0 for 30, and the Yankees won. That's not good. The Yankees might be, I'm serious. Might be the best team in baseball right now. They're on a bit of a role, Jerry. I even watched Friday night that Brett Gardner dramatic ninth inning. Yeah, that was very cool Friday after. The fact that they win that game is unbelievable. And then they win Saturday. And again, they blow, O'Raldus Chapman blows the save in the ninth inning last night. They go 18 innings, and they still win. |
| 2:17.5 | And how about this? |
| 2:18.6 | In a day and age where we use 17 pitchers and five innings, the Yankees in an 18-in-game only use seven pitchers, which to me is actually surprised. That's pretty good. Pretty good. So you've got that. The Yankees just keep rolling along, rolling along. They'll play the Reds tonight. They should win tonight and tomorrow. |
| 2:33.9 | We'll see a quick two-game series. |
| 2:35.0 | Now, the Reds are pitching They should win tonight and tomorrow. We'll see a quick two-game series. |
| 2:35.0 | Now, the Reds are pitching a guy whose first name is rookie. |
| 2:38.2 | That is correct. |
| 2:38.8 | Now, I thought that was a mistake. I did too. Sometimes, like, if you don't know the guy's name, you'll put in, like, you'll see this on TV sometimes. Yeah. And they're supposed to go back and fix it and they forget. |
| 2:48.7 | The guy's name is Rookie Davis. |
| 2:50.7 | Rookie. |
| 2:51.6 | It can't be a real name. |
| 2:52.6 | Against Tanaka. |
| 2:53.4 | He's got no shot is Rookie Davis. Rookie. |
| 2:51.5 | It can't be a real name. |
| 2:52.6 | Against Tanaka. |
