Hello and welcome to our new episode. Today we are excited to have a wonderful guest with us.

We're going to be talking about Ayurveda. Iyerveda is a Sanskrit

word which translates to knowledge of life. It's a natural system of medicine which

originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. And actually in India and Nepal, more than 80%

of the population still uses it today. Now, June and I have both had experiences with Ayurveda and we share the same practitioner.

She's a friend of Jude's that I met through her and we're super excited to have Catherine

with us today.

And Jude, I'll pass it over to you to introduce her.

Yes, I'm excited to introduce a good friend of mine and a colleague in health and wellness.

Her name is Catherine Storesback. And I met Catherine, I think it was about four years ago.

I was opening my first sound healing studio here on Kauai and she had her office right next to me called an elemental practice.

And I'll tell you the second I met Catherine, I knew that we were going to be friends.

And by divine design, we were planted right next to each other because we totally ended up

becoming super close and we have so much in common. And I actually have a few

really fun stories to share with you about Catherine, but we'll save those till the end,

some good like spiritual interdimensional type things. So you'll have to stay tuned to the end to
