So Louisa reached out to me on Instagram, it was probably a year ago.

She had found the podcast, she sent me these these these voice DMs and I remember thinking

after I listened to them, I was like, this girl is either a really fucking interesting person

or this girl is batshit crazy.

So then we ended up talking on the phone and I realized that she was not batshit crazy.

And in fact, a very interesting human.

So first I want to provide a little info context on some of the stuff we're going to be talking about.
