On this dreary Wednesday afternoon, I am so excited to be here.

We have a lot to cover today.

And by the way, we're going to have attorney Mark

Betterow joining the show in the one o'clock hour to give us some

updates on the Karen retrial. They've got a date in January where they're set to

retry this case. Obviously a lot could happen before then,

but Mark Betero, who's an amazing attorney,
