advice. And today's topic is awkwardness, which is particularly relevant in my life because

the other day, like I'm talking about three days

ago, I went to a social event for the first time in probably like a month. Okay. I like really haven't

been out lately. And then I went to a social event and let me tell you, I felt awkward. For the

first time in a long time, I felt really awkward. And I think part of it

was the nature of the event. It was just kind of an awkward event. But also, I was out of practice.

I hadn't been out in a while. And on top of that, I don't drink alcohol. So I have nothing to

hide behind. Like if I'm feeling a little bit rusty, oops, just going to have to deal with it because I can't drink to loosen up.

So I was incredibly awkward.

And I had to deal with it.

I had to manage it.

And so, I don't know, I feel particularly primed to discuss this topic today. So without further ado,

let's begin. I briefly interrupt this episode to let you know that this episode of Anything
