Now, Neil is a Canadian author who writes about happiness and being awesome.

He's got a great franchise. I guess I would call it a franchise of books and journals around being awesome. I first came in his work with around the happiness stuff, which, let's face it, we're heading into, at least up here in the Pacific Northwest and the Northern Hemisphere, we're heading into fall. things. You'll see this about Neil as soon as you, you know,

He's a regular writer contributor and he speaks all over the world specifically about these things,

1:08.8

about acts of kindness, about having relationships

1:11.9

with your partner, with your children, and other people in the world. He's got a couple of things

1:17.0

1:23.2

routine that he does, two minutes that do a great deal to shift his perspective. I have adopted

1:29.8

some of these things. It's a little bit of a hybrid of some of the things I already do, but I think

1:33.8

you'll find value there. We talk about random acts of kindness. We talk about ways that you can build
