All right, the long awaited awards pod here, a little bit late, March 6th, but this is our monthly catch up on where we see the awards through the NBA season.

A lot of interesting stuff to get to, a lot of players are surging, we've had some injuries as well, you're just gonna see how much things have changed.

So Danny, why don't we get started here, who is your MVP through this point of the season?

And just as one other point of clarification, these are not predictions on where it's going to go from here or anything like that.

It is if the season ended and I do mine rigidly on the end of that month, what it would, what it would be at that point using our own criteria.

And for MVP, a lot of guys, I think this is more about players ascending rather than I still, I have hard to number one.

I had Yannis before, but hardened, he's played a little bit more, gotten that balance and he's having just a spectacular year, I mean offensively.

It's not only that he's been incredibly efficient, but he has been a huge part of Houston's offense, Houston's offense has been spectacular.

115.8, so 116 offensive rating with him on the floor, 7.4 point difference in offensive rating.

And remember, they have a fabulous bench because Chris Paul often plays when Hardin does not.

So I had him one, Yannis who, for those remember it was a surprise, I had him first at the end of January.

Just I don't think he was as good and now the minute differential has narrowed with time.

But then the people that really rose into this and I have them at three and four, I don't usually go that deep, but I felt like I needed to do this time.

Jimmy Butler is a different kind of case because he's not, he hasn't had like as outstanding a season as those guys, you know, you could look at,

at PR effectiveness as an offensive player, but you see the proof in the pudding with how the wolves have struggled without him.

And I think that's an important difference in terms of value.

And he played a crap ton of minutes when he was still healthy.

And at the end of February, he'd still play to ton of minutes.

And then Anthony Davis Western conference player of the month, we talked about that in the 15 and 60, 28, 8 PR, 616 true shooting, 27 usage.

And his case is actually strangely similar to Yannis's in that they're both very important parts of their offense, but bringing defensive value as well.

And they have supporting talent, but they are really clearly the best players on their team.

So I think that's by one through four LeBron is close.
