1:04.2	what your core values really are. This is important because typically your core values underlie your soul's true purpose,
1:14.2	your life's purpose. So you can use your core values as a powerful and positive force
1:20.9	to move forward and to stay aligned with your authentic self as you navigate daily life and of course making life more meaningful.
1:31.7	All of this involves uncovering what your core values actually are and also letting go of any
1:39.2	old, rigid, outdated identities that you might be clinging onto that don't fully align with those
1:47.4	core values that your higher self really wants you to live by. So this episode is inspired by
1:56.3	one of my amazing students, Richard, who has completed my course, Journey to the Center of
2:03.8	Yourself, Discover Your True Purpose.
2:07.1	And as the name implies, that course is all about aligning fully with your deepest purpose
2:13.1	and really discovering what that is and aligning with the reason why you have incarnated in this
