0:31.3	This one's actually setting where I am right now as we move into one of the last few days
0:37.4	where the days are getting longer.
0:39.8	Summer solstice marks the longest day in the northern hemisphere, the peak of summer, the
0:44.3	beginning of summer really.
0:45.9	And then we climb back into the winter solstice and one of my biggest goals with moving out
0:51.7	into the forest, moving out into nature, moving out to where I live now.
0:56.1	And away from the city and away from like busy living and to embrace that more softer,
1:01.0	slower living was to be more in tune with nature.
1:03.8	One, I just feel like sometimes I can get very overwhelmed by the vastness of life and
1:08.3	I feel like the more I understand or open my awareness to in terms of life and in terms
1:14.4	of human beings, human nature at large and like the way that our society runs.
1:19.1	I don't know where to move next.
1:20.8	I don't know how to best utilize my time, my energy and my focus.
1:26.6	And so part of that, part of moving out here and one of my really high value priorities
1:32.4	is learning how to move with the seasons, learning how to be more in tune with the seasons,
