edge to the larger moral callings of our country and the legislation becomes easy when we start

to correct the ills of today. That's New Jersey Senator Corey Booker. He's

held that role since 2013. He was previously the mayor of Newark, gaining high marks for

his work on reducing poverty and bringing commercial development back to the city. A member

of the Senate Judiciary and Foreign Relations Committees, Booker has played a central

role in congressional oversight of the Russia investigation and in President Trump's recent

impeachment. Booker also recently co-authored the Sweeping George Floyd Justice and Policing
