Hello and welcome to a new episode of Inner Work.

So we can think of this episode as in some ways a continuation or expansion on previous episode number 147, which I recorded

on navigating the complexities of family in the human dimension. So in that previous episode,

I responded to a listener email on this topic, and I talked about

basically the complex dynamics and interactions that we can experience as part of a family

in the human dimension. I also talked about dispelling myths and delusions about family

that we tend to internalize from the 3D reality.

So these include programming, conditioning,

messages that we receive from culture, from society,

from family itself, such as the myths that blood is always thicker than water,

that you owe your family or your parents, your life, and your well-being, and your sanity,

these kinds of things that we can carry with us that are so limiting.

I also talked about how to deal with feelings of guilt, burden, or obligation

towards your family,

what it can feel like to be a star seed or an interplanetary soul

when you are living in a family of mostly earth-based souls, which is a whole other topic.

And I also talked about giving yourself permission to create the family or the tribe that really aligns with your soul.

So a family or a tribe outside your family of origin, birth family, human family, all of that.
