Summary
Working with a healer or teacher on your path of awakening can be an empowering, helpful, very supportive experience. Healers and teachers can help us grow beyond our limits and address blindspots or work through things we might not be able to heal on our own.
At the same time, it's important to be discerning when you seek out a new healer, teacher, or spiritual modality. Just because someone or something is labeled "spiritual" doesn't mean it is necessarily aligned with you, or free of ego.
In this episode, I share some ideas about potential issues or red flags you might look for when seeking out a new healer, teacher, or healing modality. Please follow your intuition and gut feelings, and never allow anyone to pressure you into working with them!
