Good evening and welcome to tonight's sleep meditation.

I know it's really easy to spend most of our days caught up in the movement of life.

Carrying all those things we have responsibilities for, moving all the pieces to keep

And it can be easy to get lost in all of that and And to forget who we truly are,

feel disconnected to who we truly are,

So tonight, as you rest your head on your pillow, I give you this meditation that will help you awaken to your true self.

And all you have to do is close your eyes
