Hello and welcome to another ancient warfare magazine podcast.

It's what we call in-betweener.

So we had to come up with a topic.

And I think we found a really good one because recently we were talking about what we should be doing for volume 17.

We might actually go to just regular numbered issues sometime because we found that a lot of people have issues with the Roman numerals.

You'd think that that'd be easy enough for people who like ancient warfare, but, you know, we have to

work with people in the logistics chain who may not be familiar with how to number 17, 18.

And then, of course, we get to 19 and never mind.

Well, well, the funny thing, of course, is if we're going to be accurate, we need to have

four eyes, but no one does four eyes.

They always... couple years, Murray. And the anecdote will have to wait until we have the virtual. Oh, no, it's a very,

it's a Porsche anecdote. It was very odd for me to have a Porsche anecdote. I was behind a Porsche 9-11,

and they had a personalized plate, but clearly 9-11's gone. So they had 9-J-I. I'm like,

that's not particularly witty. Why didn't you go I-X-I-I?

Come on, man.

But anyway, that's exactly what, you know, no one knows their Roman munitions.

Anyway, okay.

Yeah, we wanted to discuss the themes because, as you, I'm sure, hopefully I'll know.

Ancient Warfare magazine is, you know, the core of the magazine is shaped around a theme of, you know,

between 20 and 30 pages, we dedicate to a single topic and we try to look at it from various

different angles so you don't get a bunch of articles that all basically say,
