Jason Urbinoitz and hello Ian how are you? Hello Jason I'm doing very well how are you? I'm good thank you the weather's very nice finally I think we're in that one week period between winter and summer that they used to call spring but is now just like a week so it's very nice.

Yeah, it's the one week, you know, one of the two weeks a year between you know what used to be summer and

winter where you get to open your windows and enjoy everything before it gets

unbearably hot and humid. Have you been outside recently? They don't let me outside.

No, probably good idea.

I just get reports usually via email that tell me, oh, it is nice outside and then I

know, okay, that's good to know.

If you say so. Yeah, exactly. But speaking of kind of you know opening windows and things you've had some issues over the past couple weeks are things less aquatic in your apartment? Yeah, absolutely? The leak that was from the apartment above mine is all stopped and patched up and I've decided

rather than dealing with it, I'm just going to move.

I feel like that, to be perfectly honest is a wonderfully reasonable

solution to the problem. Yeah, that's very New York City I guess someone else's problem in a month. I don't want to deal with it so I'm just

gonna find a new crappy apartment there you go yeah and the whole game begins again what

could go wrong absolutely nothing new that's exactly what could happen. So it's been, we had our special
