I guess it got off to a bit of an interesting start.

Flew with United from Newark to Tokyo, Haneda, my first time actually flying to

It was a very nice experience, but it was an odd start with United.

It was a morning fight, 945 AM at a triple 7, 200 ER out of Newark. It was supposed to be operated by one of the

Pratt and Whitney aircraft and then something happened and we ended up on one of the

GE powered aircraft which I thought was a nice little win.

And the crew of the flight was really, really

happy, welcoming, just generally awesome.

And up in the flight deck, well, they wrapped up
