| 1:05.6 | Right right so here's what happened according to a notice posted in the advisory section |
| 1:12.2 | of the FAA's National Air Space website at |
| 1:15.4 | 2048 UTC on the 10th of January so sometime Tuesday afternoon Eastern Local time |
| 1:21.9 | the system that manages the notice to |
| 1:26.5 | air missions system went down, the Notum system went down. Wasn't a huge issue at that point? |
| 1:35.0 | There was a notice posted, flights kept going, |
| 1:38.0 | there was nothing really happening |
| 1:41.0 | until this morning when the system that had been backing up that system they |
| 1:46.3 | decided that they needed to restart the main system to clear whatever needed to be cleared and |
| 1:56.6 | as a precaution because there were some issues with the system coming back online. The first ground stop for any flights issued was at 527 Eastern on Wednesday the morning of the 11th. |
| 2:07.0 | That was a United Airlines specific ground stop. |
