Hello, Jason. It's a solid midweek afternoon.

I've reached the point where I am both exhausted from the first half of the week, but also

looking forward to being exhausted by the second half of the week.

Oh, that's certainly a place to be.

How are you, sir?

Better than that, I guess.

Yeah, no, I'm not, I'm just as aforementioned, exhausted.

But it's been quite the week with everything that's been going on in the world, gestures widely, but aviation specifically. And we certainly have a lot to talk about, don't we?

We do. Where should we start?

Well, let's start where we left off, which was last week, things in Afghanistan were rapidly deteriorating and it was not clear what if any evacuation situation was going to look like in Kabul.

That, my, what a difference a week makes.

Last Wednesday, it wasn't clear what the situation was going to be.

This week, over, I think what, over 80,000 people have been evacuated already,

and flights are continuing at a very quick pace.

Dozens of flights each day carrying hundreds of people each out of Afghanistan to various places in the Middle East and then onward, whether or not they're

carried by U.S. aircraft or U.S. ally partners like the UK, the Royal Australian Air Force, the Belgian Air Force is there,

the Netherlands Air Force, German Air Force, all sorts of evacuation flights, and then being carried onward by either

military aircraft or chartered or as we'll get to in a moment, pressed into service civilian
