It's episode 100, we've made it this far,

in what has been a year of, I don't even know what, words I could possibly use to describe this year

in a family-friendly aviation theme podcast, so I will just leave that to our dear listener's imagination. But we do end the year with good news.

Rare. We, very rare in the past many episodes there is an approved vaccine in the US there are two approved vaccines the Pfizer biotech vaccine the Pfizer biotech vaccine vaccine, the first one, and then the Moderna vaccine.

So we're on our way.

The first people have been poked in the arm and there are more people being poked in the arm as we speak.

So that's the good news that we start with.

And we will have John Walton on the program in just a little bit to learn more about the aviation angle because as our good friend

John Oster always says there's always an aviation.

It's true.

And in this case there is a very large aviation component so we're going to learn more about the challenges and

logistics of transporting the vaccine that needs to be stored at extremely cold temperatures.
