0:09.2	10 years, and I'm wondering if you can give me some tips on how to avoid burnout.
0:13.4	I want to serve faithfully and for the long haul.
0:17.1	Great question, Scott, let me just give you some bullet points here.
0:22.4	Number one, love what you do.
0:25.7	Find those wonderful aspects of your job that are really useful for the young people and
0:31.8	really godly and really fit you and give yourself to those.
0:36.8	Do the other stuff that you have to do, but do what you love to do.
0:41.8	I think after 33 years in the ministry, I can say that one of the reasons I lasted is because
0:47.9	I found those aspects of the ministry that I just love to do.
0:52.6	I did those with all my heart most of the time and was energized enough to do the parts
0:59.4	that weren't as pleasing because I glutted myself on the parts that I really love to do.
1:05.3	So that's number one, love what you do.
1:08.7	Number two, linger with the Lord every day.
1:12.4	Find a time.
1:13.4	Find a place.
1:14.4	Stay with him.
1:15.4	Listen to him.
1:16.4	Be real with him.
1:17.4	Get to know him.
1:18.4	Find a performance there or in the service of your kids.
1:22.2	Come out of the closet with the aroma of Christ on you.
