Welcome to Searchlight. A survey through scripture with Pastor John Corson. It is our desire to bring you a

systematic study of the entire Bible chapter by chapter book by book.

Are you walking in the spirit or are you walking in the flesh?

That is the question that we are considering as we study through Joshua chapter 22.

In this story the two and a half tribes of Israel that were on the east side of the Jordan River, did something that caused a big problem.

They built an altar.

This altar caused some misunderstandings with their brothers on the west side of the Jordan that is the promised land and these

misunderstandings almost led to war. On our last program, Pastor John gave us some very

practical insights into how to avoid such

altercations. But as we join Pastor John today we are also going to look at

another problem, the problem of carnality, and we will see that carnality walking

in the flesh was also a factor in the misunderstanding between brothers.

And again, this is going to be very practical for all of us.
