Welcome to our Rosary meditation and to the principles of avoiding a catastrophic Christmas part two.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

It's called to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Now the next principle is to get rid of unrealistic expectations.

Christmas is a special time a year.

We all want it to be the best, but it can't be perfect. In fact, the perfect is the enemy of the good and the

Hallmark channel just might be an instrument of the

Christmas is not going to be perfect or go the way you expect.

So let go of unrealistic expectations

for the first Christmas.

What was her birth plan? She was surrendered. I am sure

she and Joseph had a plan, took action, and then were detached to the outcome. This made them free and open to what

God would do. We should do the same. Make a plan, take action, and detach from the outcome.

Then we will be free to experience all that God wants to do.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us a stay our daily bread heaven. Give us our

daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead

us not into temptation but to the pass for me.
