So one of them that caught my eye recently was from Lois Rouse. Hey, shout out to Lois. So she wrote us asking,

she said, I'm curious about additives and foods that claim to be healthy. I know some of the

additives, but I think there are some in there that are masking themselves as healthy ingredients,

but they are really just a fancy way of saying it is a preservative or additive.

I'm particularly interested in celery powder. That sounds harmless, even healthy, but I was told by

a friend that they think it is a preservative. So we're here to answer that question and kind of get into

some of those preservatives out there, additives. Well, and Lois, and this email from Lois underscores a couple things.

that are thrown on food packaging that are meant to sound healthy?
