There's a book now, the 5 a.m. club, which I started listening to. And I think 5 a.m. club which i started listening to and i think 5 am. changed it could change your life i really do believe it's a it's a game changer for me |

And it's like, and now it's midnight. Okay? Now I'm tired. And I got to get to bed. So you're saying basically late at night, nothing good happens. You just, you got to like wasting time at best, doing other stuff at worst, nothing's good happening. |

Now, there are people I spoke to someone on a shop as they said, no, I get all my stuff done at night. I'm a night person. Okay. If that's who you are, I just know for me, it is the worst. you can just, again, trick your body into getting tired because you're waking up so early. |
