beer is everywhere these days with various styles being brewed by folks all over the world but

that was not always the case when i think about the history of this amazing beverage a few

specific regions come to mine, one of which

is the Czech Republic, also known as Chekya. This is the Brewlossophy podcast. I'm your host,

Marshall Shot. Today I'm joined by my friends to review the 15th installment of the Brew Club's

Average Brew Beers. For this quarter, members of the Brew Club chose a style that I absolutely love.

It's one of my top five all-time

favorite styles of beer, Czech dark logger, not the easiest to find out in the wild, but an

absolutely beautiful example of a non-pail logger that I have brewed many times myself. How about

you guys? Are you at all familiar with this style known as Czech dark logger?

No, no.

Good. So we're going in blind. Wait a minute. There was a guy named Chuck. Chuck's dark logger. That's the, yeah, I found that at a grocery store in Tipton. Tipton. There we go. Okay. Well, thank you, Chuck for providing dark logger to our friend Craig. turns out it was just soda that was left out.

He tastes a awful lot like old coke.

Yeah, the store owner's name was Chuck.

Well, yet again, Justin was able to make his way down here to Fresno to record these.

It's so cool that we're able to make this work out.

Ever since I got a private plane, it's a lot easier to come down.
