But coach will be back next week, but I'm very pleased

to be joined by a man who's with us on Sky Sports NFL for the next month and change,

played eight seasons in the NFL with the Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, and the Pittsburgh

Steelers, Avery Williamson. Avery, welcome.

I would first of all just want to check in on how you're doing after that long eight-hour shift on Sunday.

I'm doing pretty good.

I'm finally catching up on sleep and I'm starting to get on the cycle.

So that's the promise of that.

I'm trying to get to where I can go sleep by at least 11. I did like 12.30 last night.

And what you got to do as well, I noticed this when players can be,

you got to pace yourself on the snacks through the night, right?

You know, there's a lot of stuff to eat in that studio.

Yeah, I got to kind of pace myself.

The first night I was so hungry.

I think my stomach was still in America.

But I was trying to eat everything they brought out.

And you did just that.

So week 10 is coming up.
