This week Marcus is joined by Tony Burlison. Tony is the master roaster and founder of 2% Certified Dark Timber Coffee Company. Tony gives an in-depth look at the process of choosing the beans that he uses all the way down to the roasting process and the different ways you can enjoy their coffee. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest coffee and the outdoors were something that Tony loved from an early age, so when the time came to start the company it was an easy decision of how he wanted to build the brand.
