So here we go. And three,

two, one, let's go, baby, Avengers and game, hit play. Let's do this. This first scene, Robbie,

did you know this first scene with Hawkeye was actually originally planned to be shown during Infinity War.

Oh, I totally believe that.

Yeah, it totally has that vibe. But if you remember, the audiences have had a calendar year up until this point.

So I think the directors thought it would be better here for them to use it as like a reminder of the stakes of Infinity War

and kind of change the tone right away back to that. So I think it's better here ultimately,

but just thought that was interesting. Yeah, it's such a powerful way to open this up.

In terms of, we talked a lot about the way Infinity War starts just on such a dark tone.

And again, this starts on such a dark tone, but in a way more emotional, kind of less epic, more intimate way.

I also love that we right off the bad get that shot of Clint's ankle monitor as kind of our first you know yeah you were talking

about shoutout easter egg moments a little civil war shout out okay there's my first check mark for

civil war there it is first check mark i do love that it reminds us of those stakes as well you know

right it's not just left out there, did you know that that's actually

Joe Rousseau, the director, his daughter? That's who's the actress there, Hawkeye's daughter.

Oh, no way. Yeah. I had no idea. Super cool. One thing I love about Jeremy Renner's performance here

is that when he's trying to figure out what's happening, oh, and chills when they disappear again.
