With my first book, I focused extremely heavily on laying the foundations of reframing the singlehood narrative, shedding the shame that we don't deserve, and changing the ways that single

people think and feel about themselves. It is a really foundational book. I think it's a really

essential book. I hope it has become one. This book is

different. With this book, particularly as I myself have aged through my singlehood, I'm starting

to notice and think and feel differently about the future. So that's what this book is about.

This book is about looking into your future as a single person, and I want that to feel good.

There are more single people now than there have ever been.

The dating industry's greed has seen to that.

We know that for sure.

It is harder and harder and harder for people to connect and form meaningful relationships with one another.

And there are a lot of factors at play that are doing that.

I can't fight all of those factors, but what I can do is help single people feel better within

themselves. That is what I can do to contribute. So I hope that that's what this book does.

It is about the ability to look at a future,

a potential future. Nothing about reading this book cements your singlehood in place for the rest
