Hi book besties! Welcome back to another episode of Gilmore To Read. Today, Ava Wilder joins me to discuss Reading Is Sexy's February pick Will They Or Won't They, which was inspired by a rumored/alleged feud between two cast members on Gilmore Girls. The rumor came from her sister, so the validity is in question, but we still love the story!
Ava also shares how she got started writing romance, why she writes about hollywood romances, more on her debut novel How To Fake It In Hollywood, and gives some more insight into Will They or Won't They from book club questions!
If you want to read with us, join our book clubs on Fable! In May, we're reading How To End A Love Story by Yulin Kuang and The Woman In Me by Britney Spears.
And be sure to join our Patreon for our spoiler-FULL rewatch, Gilmore Revisited. We're currently in season 5!
Now you can watch the girlies every week by subscribing to us on YouTube!

0:00.0 | Hi y'all. Welcome back to Gilmore to read. I am of course your host, Haley, and I am so glad that you're here today. I hope you're having an absolutely delightful day. And if you are not, I hope that this can bring some levity to it |

0:44.3 | we'll be reading for May if you have not yet heard. As I mentioned last month, where you read |
0:48.8 | I will follow will be reading The Woman in Me by Britney Spears. I'm super excited to dive into the audiobook, which is narrated by |
0:56.4 | Michelle Williams, because I heard she does an absolutely phenomenal job at the narration, and I just |
1:02.8 | cannot wait to listen. And last month, we of course read Open Book by Jessica Simpson, which I also |
1:08.4 | read on audiobook, which she narrates, and it's just so beautiful. |
1:12.0 | I laughed, I cried, I cried, and then I cried some more and realized that I knew absolutely |
1:16.5 | nothing about the context of Jessica Simpson's life. And she's just so honest and vulnerable. |
1:21.9 | It's rather heartbreaking, but just such a beautiful story of her life. And if you need a good |
1:27.3 | audiobook, I definitely recommend that. |
1:28.9 | But if you want to join us on Fable, we will be reading The Woman and Me by Brittany Spears. |
1:33.1 | Now, I'm very excited that for the month of May, our pick is also the pick for Reese's Book Club. |
1:39.2 | Oh my gosh, Gilmore to Read and Reese's Book Club all on the same page for the debut novel of Yuling Kwong, which is |

1:51.0 | more cleanly than this book. This book is reading as sexy to a T. It is the story of Helen and |
1:57.4 | Grant who share an incident in their past from high school. It is very early in the |
