As you begin to imagine, pretend, or simply see yourself, standing at the entrance to a trail that leads into the woods.

It's autumn and the trees are dancing in the breeze with colors of gold, yellow, and red.

Imagine that with each step you take, stress and tension are melting away, flowing from within you to the ground, much like the falling leaves beneath your feet. You're going to be here. Any worries you had are being absorbed by the grounding nature of the earth around you, leaving you lighter and more at ease with each step you take. And as you continue along the trail, perhaps you may notice the clear blue sky peeking through the branches above. Allow a sense of openness and serenity to flow to you.
