Today we are talking about a series of Elon tweets, mostly related to Tesla autonomy.

Tesla stock on the day today was down 1.18%, to $230.34 as compared to the NASDAQ down 0.78%.

All right, so getting into the tweets, Elon over the last day or so, has had a series of tweets

related to Tesla's path for autonomy.

The conversation really began in response to a tweet from Lex Friedman, which included a graph

of Tesla's cumulative vehicle deliveries and then broke those deliveries down by their autopilot classification,

whether they were Hardware 1 Hardware 2 Plus or no Autopilot Hardware at all.

That graph estimated about 530,000 vehicles delivered at autopilot Hardware 2 or above.

Elon tweeted in reply to this a reminder that all Hardware 2 plus vehicles are

upgradeable to the full self-driving computer and then tweeted quote this is why it's possible

for Tesla to have a million robot taxis by end of 2020 if we upgrade existing

hardware to fleet of about 500k and make at least 500K

FSD cars end quote from here we actually got a little bit of new information

with Elon tweeting and reply to a question on at the timeline for hardware three

installations beginning,

production fully switched over about three months ago,

functionality won't diverge until Q4

as it's limited by software validation.

We'll be later for Europe compared to rest of the world
