Why did it take 4,000 years for Jesus to show up after the fall of Adam and

and the answer is because he had to speak through people.

And there was just precious few people

that were in communication with him

and would allow him to flow through them.

For instance, Isaiah had to say,

behold a virgin shall conceive.

It had to be a virgin birth.

And it had to be spoken.

Everything that God did in creation, he spoke it into existence.

And so he had to speak that it was going to be a virgin birth.

Can you imagine how many hundreds, maybe thousands of people

that God tried to inspire to say a virgin

is going to have a child?

Can you imagine how many people thought,

man, that must be the devil that can't be God they weren't about to prophesy that and then Isaiah comes along and says behold a virgin

She'll conceive and bear a child.

It had to be spoken that he would be born in Bethlehem.

It had to be spoken about him.
