I know how to title a book, Rush Limbaugh's Big Fat Idiot, and lies and lying liars who

tell them, a fair and balanced look at the right.

After the Ivory Tower is not a great title, it is however a really important book.

Now the Ivory Tower refers of course to higher education, to college, the university, but

after the Ivory Tower, not a great title.
