Summary

Kevin Guttman was born in Long Beach California and was raised in Garden Grove California about five minutes from Disneyland. He enjoyed growing up in a community, at a time that allowed him and his friends to get dropped off at Disneyland and he could spend all day there. He admired his dad growing up as a leader and an expert in real estate. He spent a lot of time at the beach in Huntington Beach as a youngster. He graduates high school and goes on to attend community college at Cypress College for three years. He is led to Rema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. While still in Oklahoma, he is then led to attend Oral Roberts University located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He meets his wife Sabrena and moves to Virginia. He works in ministry management, travels a lot, realizes he needs to be home more to raise his kids. He and his wife, who has a background in real estate, start flipping houses. Eventually Kevin finds the mortgage business. He then learns about and starts helping people with reverse mortgages. As the years have gone by he has continued to help people change their lives using a type of financing that is not that well known. He is now educating the public about the potential advantages to the reverse mortgage options that are available now.

1:01.1	go all the way up to today and then talk about the things that you're currently
1:04.4	working on and anything you're working on for tomorrow, okay? Sounds good. Okay, so where were you born?
1:25.0	I was born in Long Beach, California, grew up in Orange County. My dad was a realtor, a real estate investor, and he also trained new real estate agents.
1:31.0	My mom was a registered nurse and it was a great,
1:39.0	just a great place to grow up and very thankful I got to grow up in Orange County. Grew up five minutes from Disneyland.
1:41.0	There you go.
1:42.0	So like Garden Grove? Exactly. Oh yeah. So where did you go to high school?
1:48.9	So my parents got divorced and then my dad got remarried, moved to La Palma, California, which is in between Cyprus and
1:58.4	Sarito, so it's just a little tiny town. I went to JFK, the only high school in La Palma, John F. Kennedy.
