Jeannine is a visual artist, yoga teacher, and holistic health mentor. There was never a time in Jeannine's life when she wasn't expressing herself creatively.
In her early 20s she found herself immersed in expressions of the body through the study of yoga. With this transformative practice as a foundation, she began diving deeper into all aspects of holistic health and science based fields.
Gathering a variety of modalities over the years, including a bachelor's degree in holistic health and nutrition, several yoga and fitness certifications, as well as EFT tapping, and visual arts, she has a diverse skill set and broad perspective on creativity, health, and spirituality.
